Getting in shape and feeling fit and healthy couldn't be easier at the LC Gym, Swansea!
The LC Gym is spread over two floors with breathtaking views over Swansea and consists of over 180 stations that are linked to the Technogym Wellness System
What does this mean? It’s simple, The Wellness System tracks your progression in the gym using an electronic key that stores your personal fitness programme and measures your success. So if you’re new to the gym and aren’t to sure what you should be doing, your fitness instructor will complete an in-depth one-to-one session with you to help you understand your goals and to more importantly make them achievable and The Wellness System keeps track of how you’re getting along every time you come to the gym!.

As a member of the LC gym you’ll be designated a qualified fitness instructor to help motivate you and to support you through the ‘LC gym member journey’. You’ll get a one-to-one session to create your own personal fitness programme and regular review sessions to make sure its working for you - There's no hourly charge, our gym instructors are there to help you and review your programme as often as you like whenever you like!
If you prefer group exercise fitness classes can be incorporated into your programme too! With over 120 fitness classes a week available included in your membership from Climbing wall sessions to the new fitness craze Zumba you'll be spoilt for choice at no extra cost!
