Swansea Resident Card
The Swansea Resident Card is a unique discount available to all residents living within the City and County of Swansea boundaries which entitles holders to £1 off the usual price of an adult Waterpark ticket.To be eligible for a Swansea Residents Card you must:Pay your Council Tax bill to the City & County of Swansea
be over 16 years of age
To claim your Swansea Residents Card please bring along some form of photo ID ie passport or driving license together with proof of address such as council tax bill or recent utility bill (must have been issued within the last 3 months)
SPLASH Loyalty Card
Our SPLASH Loyalty Card is available to ALL LC customers using our waterpark or Play area. Every time you visit any of these areas collect the stickers from reception. Collect 5 stickers and your 6th visit is absolutely FREE!! Pick up your loyalty card at the LC Reception desk.
Every Tuesday after 4pm you can recieve 241 entry into the LC Waterpark! Simply text 241 to 88802 and show your text ticket to the reception team when you book your waterpark tickets. The lowest price waterpark ticket will be issued free!
Please note that there is a maximum of one text ticket per person per transactions and you can only use your ticket once.
(You can only use a text ticket once. This promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Texts cost your standard network charge and automated text tickets are sent at no charge. There is no cash alternative. LC Pool policies still apply, please check prior to your visit. The waterpark ticket issued is complimentary, with zero cash value. The offer is valid until the expiry date stated on the text ticket. There is only one free admission per customer per paid waterpark ticket.)
Kids Go Free Sundays!
Finish the weekend off with a spash! Bring the whole family down to the LC on Sunday evening between 5pm and 8pm and the kids will go absolutely free! (One Free child with every one full paying adult)
